If you have a business model that is run on subscriptions a churn rate should be measured. A churn rate would be the percentage of those who have unsubscribed from your service with in a period of time.

In the example below, details are given in regards to a gym membership that had a total of 20,377 paid memberships, at the end of the quarter 5094 members cancelled at a 25% churn rate.

Based on the example below, examples were suggested on how they can retain members and solve future problems based on how consumers answered as the reason that they have unsubscribed.

When losing subscribers there is more than one way to recoup potential losses opposed to relying on vamping on new leads into the pipeline.
