Effectively calculate timelines using data science
Skillfully map out timelines that factor in the amount of hours, labor, and budget that are needed in order to complete your projects on time.
For data projects, the quality and the size of the data will determine how much time is needed to complete a project. Without that information, no one will be be able to structure any framework or honor nor create any deadlines.
For example:
If your deadline is in 60 days, you have a budget of $5000. However labor expense is predicted to be at $10,000 to complete the project on time. The $5,000 budget looks closer to 120 days.
There are other variables such as supplies, back up funding, etc...
Are you creating effective timelines around data to accurately predict what is needed for project completion?
