Measuring Profit Margins

Measuring profits by PRODUCTS?

This is exactly what I have done in this scenario. The below are clusters developed with K Means. There are three distinct clusters built on a data set that focuses on the performance of specific products.

There are other visuals but I wanted to share this one first.

Here we have the measurement of 3 groups based on profit margins for the products. Cluster 1 has less than a 1% profit margin.

My other video goes into this group whereas we were able to identify and develop solutions based on WHERE the profit margins are negative; meaning specific ad sets, location, as well as specific products.

Cluster two is our most successful group at around a 25% profit margin. Based on specific products we were able to zoom in and understand for all clusters in general where marketing initiatives are failing and how to improve.

Including conducting a competitive analysis in order to develop regional location based marketing where profit margins are lower.
